They offer practical training, mentoring, and access to a network of employers who understand the value of military experience. For many, it’s the support they need to find a new sense of purpose after their time in uniform.
Leaving the military is never simple. You lose structure, identity, and sometimes direction. What The Block does is give that back — through real opportunities, not just encouragement.
I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have people in your corner during that transition. The Block AFF provides exactly that, and they do it with respect, insight, and action. Supporting them through this journey is an extension of everything I’ve learned from my own path, on and off the mountains.
